I, Dr Astha Jain, am a 1st year postgraduate student in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I feel extremely fortunate and privileged to be a part of this prestigious institute. Ever since I have joined this place, the amount of clinical knowledge that I have gained is unimaginable. In these several months, I have taken more than 200 independent deliveries, assisted more than 50 caesarean sections, have done all minor OPD as well as IPD procedures, assisted in open as well as laparoscopic gynaecological surgeries. Apart from clinics, our faculty has always guided us in our academics in addition to encouraging us to participate in extracurricular activities. Blessed to be a part of this institute and under such eminent teachers.
